One of the most simple and delectable Thai dishes you'd find at your office lunch. This dish is as delicious as it is nutritious. Our chefs marinate our chicken before stir-frying it with a mixture of cashew nuts, chili, green onion, sunflower seeds, garlic and egg. It is served with a side of high-fiber wholegrain rice and steamed broccoli and carrots.
